Application of metal fiber in textile fabrics

Metal fiber textile products are divided into pure metal fiber fabrics and mixed metal fiber blended fabrics, which are mainly used in the application of anti-static fabrics, conductive and electromagnetic shielding fabrics, invisible fabrics and anti-static dust removal bags.

Pure metal fiber fabric can be made of metal fiber with higher strength and thermal performance than other fibers. It can be used as a sealing bag for high-temperature gas and dust in coking plant, as well as for high-temperature flue gas purification bag or dust removal system. The stainless steel fabric made of 100% stainless steel fiber can be used in the production of automobile glass production, TV screen and kitchen supplies. For FeCrAl alloy fiber, its woven fabric can withstand 1100 high temperature and can be used for the production of infrared metal fiber burner.

At present, the production of metal fiber blended fabrics has formed a new industry. Because metal fiber is very soft and has spinnability, it can be mixed with cotton fiber and polyester fiber. Metal fiber fabrics with different contents can be used to make anti-static clothing, anti-radiation clothing and high-voltage live work clothing.
