What is the production process of stainless steel fiber?

The production of stainless steel fibers is a complex process, involving multiple steps and different production techniques. 

Firstly, a stainless steel material is selected in the form of fresh wire, rods or strips, according to customer specifications and based on the desired properties. After the material is inspected and tested, it is melted in a furnace at high temperatures and forged into the shape of a fiber. In the next step, it goes through a sequence of cold drawing, hot annealing and pickling processes, which ultimately yield stainless steel fibers.

Finally, the stainless steel metal fibers are rolled and cut into the desired size and packed for delivery. Throughout the entire process, quality assurance tests and inspections are conducted to ensure that the fibers meet customer requirements in terms of specification, quality, size and performance.
