The types of metal fiber boiler burners

The main types of metal fiber boiler burners include metal fiber post mixed burners and metal fiber premixed burners.

The metal fiber post mixed burner includes a combustion head, a fan, and a mixer. The mixer is equipped with a gas swirl device, and the gas and air sent by the fan are fully mixed in the mixer before entering the combustion head for combustion. The characteristic of this burner is that the flame is more evenly distributed on the surface of the metal fiber, which improves the reliability of ignition, reduces the volume of the burner, and reduces the steel consumption and installation area of the boiler.

The metal fiber premixed burner belongs to the surface combustion of premixed gas. The pre mixed gas air mixture flows towards the burner head and burns on the surface layer of the FeCrAl metal fiber fabric with uniform permeability. This burner adopts a fully premixed method to ensure complete mixing of gas and air, with high combustion efficiency, small and uniform flame, high thermal efficiency, low nitrogen oxide emissions, and environmental advantages.
