[The application in anti-static filter fabrics]
Stainless steel fiber anti-static filter fabric combines the characteristics of stainless steel fiber and anti-static filter cloth.
1) Stainless steel fiber anti-static filter fabric has excellent anti-static performance. By blending conductive materials such as stainless steel fiber into the warp yarn of the base fabric, it can ensure continuous electrostatic conductivity and effectively reduce the risk of dust explosion. In explosive industrial dust collection scenarios, it can prevent the accumulation of static electricity during the production process from causing explosion hazards.
2) The filtering performance of stainless steel fiber anti-static filter fabric is outstanding, with high porosity and specific surface area. It has a three-dimensional porous structure, high porosity, and large surface area, which can provide efficient filtering performance. It has high filtering accuracy, which can reach micron or even sub micron level, suitable for high-precision filtering needs. At the same time, stainless steel fiber anti-static filter cloth can accommodate more impurities, extending the service life and replacement cycle of the filter cloth.
3) Stainless steel fiber anti-static filter fabric has good physical properties and high wear resistance. The stainless steel fiber itself is wear-resistant, allowing the filter cloth to withstand certain friction and wear during use, maintaining structural integrity and filtration performance. It also has good flexibility, making it easy to process filter cloth into different shapes and specifications to adapt to different filtering equipment and usage scenarios.
